Welcome to GBPM, a tool that allows users to manage their Google Business Profiles. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use GBPM.
GBPM provides features for accessing and updating Google Business Profile data via Google's official APIs. You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and Google's terms of service.
To use GBPM, you must authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
We collect and store personal and business-related data only to provide the core functionality of GBPM. We do not share this data with third parties. You may delete your profile at any time, which will also delete your data from our servers.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in any way that could harm our systems or other users. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GBPM at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GBPM after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
GBPM is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
